Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication, you may order this using the computer slip listing your drugs. Indicate which items that you require and from which chemist  you wish to collect your prescription. Put the slip in the box at the reception desk, for put it in the post to us.  We would be happy to post your prescription - if you provide a stamped and addressed envelope.

Repeat prescriptions will only be accepted by repeat slip or written request.

Please do NOT phone the surgery for repeat prescriptions.  
This blocks telephone lines and means that they may not be available for genuine emergency cases. 
Please remember that we really need 72 hours (3 working days) to process your prescription request - so order items in plenty of time to ensure that your medication does not run out.  Your doctor will decide how often you should be seen to review your medication, but this should be at least once a year.
